1. Definitions

2. Eligibility & Registration
Who may open and use a jia777 account
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any Services on jia777. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. jia777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and all deposits and winnings will be forfeited.
Each individual person may hold only one active Account on jia777 at any time. If jia777 determines that a User holds more than one Account — whether under the same name, identity document, device, payment method , IP address, or any combination thereof — jia777 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held across those Accounts without prior notice.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jia777 will not be held liable for any losses, charges, or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jia777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
Financial transactions on the jia777 platform in BDT
jia777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jia777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or via cryptocurrency at this time. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount on jia777 is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per request. jia777 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits without prior notice. Current limits are displayed within the User's Account cashier section at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 2 to 24 hours for standard verified Accounts, and within 2 hours for VIP tier Accounts, subject to successful identity verification. jia777 does not charge platform processing fees on standard withdrawals. jia777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of amount. Withdrawals will be paid to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing by jia777.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the account holder of the payment method is not the registered jia777 Account holder — are strictly prohibited. jia777 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to close the associated Account.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
Terms governing all promotional offers on jia777
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jia777 are subject to the specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds conditions published alongside each individual promotion at the time it is made available to Users.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all jia777 promotions:
- Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they become eligible for withdrawal as real money.
- Bets placed using Bonus Funds on certain games — including but not limited to live dealer games, certain jackpot titles, and fixed-odds table games — may contribute less than 100% toward the Wagering Requirement, or may not contribute at all. Contribution rates are published in each promotion's specific terms.
- jia777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Users who have already opted in to an active promotion prior to cancellation will be given reasonable notice of any material change.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated scripts or bots to place qualifying bets, or coordinating with other Users to exploit bonus conditions — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
- Promotional offers are available to eligible Users only. jia777 reserves the right to exclude specific Users from individual promotions based on Account history, wagering patterns, or geographic location.
5. Sports Betting Rules
Specific conditions governing cricket, football, and other sports markets
All bets placed on jia777 are subject to acceptance by jia777 at its sole discretion. jia777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time prior to settlement, including in circumstances where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being published, where there is evidence of match manipulation, or where jia777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
Odds offered on jia777 are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds at which a bet is confirmed and accepted are the final odds applicable to that bet, regardless of subsequent market movements. In-play odds are updated in real time and may change rapidly. jia777 does not guarantee the availability of any specific market or odds at any given time.
A bet may be declared void by jia777 in circumstances including, but not limited to: the cancellation or abandonment of a match or event; the postponement of an event beyond the period covered by the relevant market; technical errors resulting in incorrect odds or market descriptions; or evidence of irregular betting patterns. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake amount to the User's jia777 Account balance.
For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets, match result bets will be settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC, or equivalent). In the event that a match is interrupted and the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method is applied, the DLS result will be used for settlement purposes where the relevant market rules permit. Markets specifically designated as "full match" markets will be voided if fewer than the minimum required overs are completed, as specified in the market rules at the time of bet placement.
6. Responsible Gaming

- Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately. An increase to a deposit limit is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before it becomes active.
- Session Time Reminders: Users may configure session time alerts that notify them of the duration of their current gaming session. These reminders are available in Account settings.

- Using the platform for any purpose that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
- Sharing Account credentials with another person or allowing a third party to operate your Account on your behalf.
- Opening or operating an Account on behalf of another person.
- Using payment methods belonging to third parties to fund an Account.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jia777 support staff or other platform users.
8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jia777 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of jia777.org — is the exclusive property of jia777 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the jia777 platform without the prior written consent of jia777. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jia777 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.
jia777 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be subject to temporary suspension for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond jia777's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or regulatory requirements. jia777 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance periods via the Platform.
jia777's total cumulative liability to any User for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their jia777 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude jia777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
How these terms may change and how disputes are handled

Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the jia777 Platform, the User agrees to first contact jia777's support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. jia777 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within 5 business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through informal channels, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration conducted in English.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remainder of these Terms & Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
